We’re pleased to introduce our new forums. We hope these new boards foster greater open communications among our users. We no longer require moderator activation for your threads and posts, and users are entitled to remain anonymous.
We also want to do as little moderation as possible, and we can only do that if members cooperate.
Please extend courtesy to your fellow members as disagreements arise. These forums can be an excellent venue for discussion. If you participate, please follow the forum rules.
Temporary suspension will result from abuse of the following rules. Subsequent infractions will result in a permanent IP ban.
The following is strictly prohibited:
· Posting or linking to pornographic or obscene material. (Immediate IP ban)
· Posts intended to harass, belittle, humiliate, threaten, or cause embarrassment to other users.
· Material that contains vulgar, obscene, or indecent language or images including excessive swearing.
· Material that defames, abuses, or threatens others.
· Statements which are bigoted, hateful or racially offensive.
· Personal attacks such as flaming, instigating “flame bait”, verbal abuse, or mocking of members in forum posts.
· Trolling. Posts intended solely to annoy and/or offend other members by going against the clear nature of a board or topic.
· Material that advocates illegal activity or discusses illegal activities with the intent to commit them.
· Posting unauthorized copyrighted material.
· Advertising or commercial solicitation.
· Spamming. Initiating threads or posts that contribute nothing to a forum, be it off topic or on topic.
· Posting personal information about another member without their consent.
· Belittling members who choose to remain anonymous.
· Multiple identities
Violators of the following rules will be given a warning. Subsequent infractions will result in a permanent IP ban.
· Do not reply to spam.
· Do not post off topic.
· Do not post about user reputation on the forums.
Only start new threads in the appropriate category. Threads incorrectly placed will be moved or locked.
